All my Custom Punch Skirts are HAND TIED using wire! They have the option of being made with or without rattles!
Below is a Picture of wire tie and rattle placement.

Punch Skirts are designed to be used with your favorite texas rigged soft plastics. They add a new and unique look to you old stand-by texas rigs!!. They give you the advantage by allowing to really get through the slop and come out clean!

Hand Tied:
